About
Towards the ambitious goal of achieving 1000 incubations per year by 2030, IITM Incubation Cell aims to tap into India’s grassroot entrepreneurial talent by identifying, collaborating and incubating startups from partner institutes/incubators in Tier 2, 3 & 4 cities.
The larger goal is to nurture and amplify Indian indigenous product development, by creating a continuous influx of young entrepreneurs, empowering them to become the driving force towards the realization of this goal.
Creating a culture of building things
Build Club, an initiative of IITMIC, aims to rekindle the passion towards the art of building things in graduates and grow confidence in their ability to build and create products.
Carefully designed & curated as short, do-it-yourself projects inspired by the “Lego” model, the Build Club enables youngsters to enjoy and play, while learning – an essential journey in a graduate’s path to becoming a high-quality technologist and product designer!

Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog has chosen Great Lakes to set up a world class incubator, to be called AIC-Great Lakes Balachandran Incubator (AGBI).
